C.W. Stoneking - Jungle Blues (2008)

Completely different to anything else released in 2008, this is an album by a guy who sounds like he is stuck in the deep south in the early 20th century. Quirky and bluesy, this album is based on the (true) story of C.W. becoming ship wrecked and stranded in Gabon, where he drank rum, smoked weed and lived with pygmy's... convinced? give it a try.

P.S. "The Love Me Or Die" was one of the best tracks of 08!
