Metermaids - Nightlife In Illinoise (2009)

Excellent hip hop mashup album featuring the Metermaid emcee's rapping over beats from Sufjan Stevens masterpiece "Illinoise".

RYM - 4/5

Sufjan Stevens - Seven Swans (2004)

Sufjan's fourth studio album and the album from whick I discovered him. Doesn't quite reach the heights of it's follow up "Illinoise" but it's still a brilliant indie release.

RYM - 3.84/5

Sufjan Stevens - Illinois (2005)

The second album in Sufjan's quest to record an album about each of the states in the USA. This is a cracker of an album, easily his most successful it was critically acclaimed the world over. Check it out.
