This is Joy Divisions second album, it was released 2 months after the tragic suicide of genius frontman Ian Curtis. This album confirms Joy Divisions status as new wave/post punk pioneers. Classic album.

Here is something a little different for you. An album of crazy gypsy punk rock. Completely over the top and outrageous this is a really fun listen. These guys should have been enlisted to do the soundtrack for the Borat movie.
This is the debut solo album by Raine Maida... you'll know him as the voice behind the alt/rock band Our Lady Peace. This album is really great, check it out.
The solo project of Ben from Electric President, Radical Face has produced some of the most beautiful indie folk/pop in recent memory. A really moving record.
An overlooked album of indie/uk hip hop from last year. Most of you will probably hate this album but I'm sure there will also be a few of you that really love it too. In the mold of The Streets & Jamie T.
This is the official release for the remixes from last years Intimacy record, for me the remixes are nowhere near as good as the originals... but see for yourself.
The latest project from Tool/APC main man Maynard James Keenan. This record styrays from the typical rock sounds you would expect and crosses into some dark electronic/trip hop territory. It's not bad.
The brand new album from electro wizards The Field... it will be interesting to see if this albums reaches the heights and gets the acclaim of it's much loved predecessor.
This is the fourth studio release from this Philly based post rock band. As fans have come to expect there are some beautiful melodic moments on this record but the band have progressed with a much heavier sound in certain parts. Destined to be one of the years great post rock releases.
